What we collect and why
- Listing and event submissions: the business or event details you send us, which we publish, and your contact details, which we don’t. We use them to check and manage your submission (legitimate interests).
- Newsletter: your email address, only if you sign up. You can unsubscribe at any time (consent).
- Emails you send us: kept only as long as needed to deal with them.
- Spam protection: our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check you’re not a robot. It doesn’t use cookies for advertising or track you across sites.
- Site analytics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn’t use cookies or track you across sites.
Cookies
This site doesn’t set cookies for tracking or advertising. If that changes, we’ll ask first.
Who we share it with
Only the services that run the site: Cloudflare (hosting, spam protection and storing form submissions), Resend (delivering form submissions to our inbox) and our newsletter provider. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Form submissions are kept for up to 12 months, then deleted. Published listings stay until the business asks us to remove them or closes.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing hello@ingrantham.co.uk. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
